About TNM Education

TNM Education is the educational affiliate of the Texas Nationalist Movement. It researches and teaches the case of Texas: the record of Texas as a nation, the right of Texans to govern themselves, and the economic capacity of Texas.

Why It Exists

Texas is a nation. The Texas Nationalist Movement works for the day Texans decide their own future. A decision that large should rest on knowledge, and TNM Education exists to supply it: the founding record in full, the law of self-government, and the facts of the Texas economy, each sourced and free to read.

What the Charter Says

The bylaws, signed June 24, 2025, organize the corporation to:

  • Educate the public about the history, culture, and self-governance traditions of Texas.
  • Conduct and disseminate research related to political, cultural, and economic independence movements, with particular emphasis on the case of Texas.
  • Promote civic education, public awareness, and community engagement regarding the principles of self-determination, constitutional governance, and responsible citizenship.
  • Develop and distribute nonpartisan educational materials, host public forums, and provide training programs in support of the foregoing purposes.

On this site those purposes are The Case of Texas, its research program; the Library of founding documents; and Learn, its guides to Texas government and teaching. Public forums and training are announced on the reading list.

How We Work

TNM Education states its position and argues it from the record. Every claim in its research is sourced, and every source is listed, so a reader can check the evidence and reach a conclusion of their own. Primary documents appear in full; copyrighted scholarship is cited and linked to its publisher.

It does not support or oppose any candidate for public office or any political party, and it does not ask anyone to contact a legislator about a bill. That work belongs to the Texas Nationalist Movement, Inc.
